    INVESTMENT

The cost of training is negotiated with organisations and individuals and is tailored to meet organisational and individual needs.  I respect the right of organisations to maintain confidentiality about the level of investment they make in relation to preventing, detecting and resolving workplace bullying.

Remember:  For every dollar invested in learning and development, you should expect to save seven dollars.  You can then use this to increase the productivity and profitability of your core business activities.
